Boxiebag One-Year Limited Warranty

Effective September 15, 2026. Applies to Boxiebag products purchased on or after that date.

Boxiebag, LLC ("Boxiebag," "we," "us") warrants that your Boxiebag will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Who is covered

This warranty covers the original purchaser and anyone who received the Boxiebag as a gift, including bags we sent directly as gifts or samples. It does not transfer to a subsequent owner if the bag is resold.

What is covered

During the warranty period, we will replace or refund a Boxiebag that fails because of a manufacturing defect, including:

  • Seam separation or stitching failure
  • Magnetic lid closures that detach, fail to hold, or come loose from their housing
  • Handle or strap detachment
  • Separation, delamination, or tearing of the insulated lining
  • Structural panels that crack, crease permanently, or fail to hold the bag’s shape under normal loading
  • Hardware or printing defects present at delivery

What is not covered

  • Normal wear and tear, including scuffing, fading, creasing, softening, and surface marks
  • Stains, odors, mold, or mildew, including from storing the bag damp or storing food or liquid in it
  • Damage from misuse, accident, abuse, or neglect
  • Cuts, punctures, tears, abrasion, or burns
  • Loading the bag beyond 25 lbs, or carrying items that are sharp, hot, or otherwise unsuitable for a soft-sided tote
  • Damage to or wear of decorative and non-structural elements that does not affect the bag’s function, including the logo and printing, sew-in and hang tags, and small panel loops
  • Machine washing, machine drying, dishwashing, bleach, solvents, or abrasive cleaners
  • Commercial, rental, industrial, or promotional-fleet use
  • Any product that has been altered, repaired, or modified by anyone other than us
  • Any product purchased from an unauthorized reseller, or a used, counterfeit, or resold product
  • Any product whose identifying labels or tags have been removed or defaced

What we will do

If we determine your claim is covered, we will, at our option, either:

  1. Replace the product with the same product or one of comparable specification and value; or
  2. Refund the original purchase price.

If the product has been discontinued, we may substitute a comparable current model. A replacement product is covered for the remainder of the original one-year period or ninety (90) days from the date we ship the replacement, whichever is longer.

Because of how Boxiebag is constructed, we do not offer repair as a remedy.

How to make a claim

Email care@boxiebag.com within the warranty period with:

  • Your name and the shipping address for a replacement
  • Proof of purchase: an order number, receipt, or Amazon order ID. If the bag was a gift, tell us who it came from or where it was purchased and we will do our best to verify it.
  • A description of the problem and when it started
  • Photos clearly showing the defect, and a photo of the product tag or label

We will respond within 2 business days. Please do not ship a product back to us before we ask you to. If we request a return, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for covered claims. Shipping costs for products we determine are not covered are your responsibility.

Purchases from Amazon or retail stores

This warranty applies no matter where you bought your Boxiebag from an authorized seller, and warranty claims are handled by us at care@boxiebag.com.

Limitations

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE ONE-YEAR TERM OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE A BOXIEBAG, INCLUDING SPOILED OR DAMAGED FOOD OR CONTENTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY WILL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Registration

Registering your Boxiebag is optional and is not required for warranty coverage. Registering just makes it easier for us to look up your purchase if you ever need to make a claim. You can register at boxiebag.com/pages/about-your-boxiebag.
